Outside of my working hours, I decided to visit a new place for myself. The weather allowed me to swim in the lake and sunbathe in the sun

One day I decided to take a walk through the local park and saw this place with a beautiful cherry blossom tree. Now it's my favorite place to be alone with my thoughts.

The water is so dark, almost black, and the last rays of sunset are drowned in it. And in my headphones, that very song plays... the one from back then. And now I'm not just looking at the river anymore, but seeing the past reflected in its course. Every splash is a fragment of memory, every ripple on the water a moment gone. The music envelops me like a warm blanket, but that only makes it hurt even more. The stone I'm sitting on grows cold, but I can't leave. While this track plays, I'm in a quiet dialogue with the subject of what remains there, beyond the bend in the river.
