Takoyaki ^_^

Everything is from scratch, and I typically cook by eye, so measurements are a little vague Noodles 5 eggs Add flour 1 half cup at a time until a dough that can just be workable with clean hands forms Sauce 1 12 Oz can of tomato paste Quarter cup of olive oil 5 cloves garlic minced 1 large onion coarsly minced 2 small zucchini finely chopped Basil and oregano (to taste, start small) Salt and pepper (to taste) Cayenne and paprika(you'll never guess...to taste :D) Cooked ground beef (I added a pound and a half + a minced chicken breast cuz I'm nutz) 1 8oz pack of cream cheese I put a layer of queso Fresca and feta cheese over each noodle layer Top with sauce and sprinkle cheese of choice on top with scallions and cilantro for garnis Bake at 375 for 50 minutes (40 mins covered, last 10 mins uncovered for browning) I had alot of leftover sauce so cut it in half or enjoy it another day :D

3 packs gelatin 2 cups sugar Quarter cup corn syrup 1 cup water 2tsp vanilla extract Powdered sugar for dusting Directions: Take gelatin and mix with half a cup of water Cook sugar, corn syrup , and half cup of water to hard ball and let cool till bubbles stop Put bloomed gelatin into stand mix on low and slowly add in sugar mixture while beating on medium high setting. Allow mashmallow base to become fluffy and triple in size before adding vanilla. Transfer base to a greased and dusted 8×8 dish (powdered sugar or greased parchment paper) and coat top with powdered sugar Give 6 hours at room temperature then cut and serve :D Pro tip, dust knife in powdered sugar
