【返金対応につきまして/About refund】
有料配信を開始して10分以降で回線が落ちてしまった際は返金対応を行っておりません(;_;)
10分経つ前にトラブルが発生、且つキャストからの返金対応が20分以内に行われなかった場合はご自身で運営へお問い合わせいただくようお願い申し上げます。
返金作業をしてから返金が反映されるまで少し時間がかかる場合がるので少し時間を見てもらう様お願い致します。
