And also, I really like to embroider! This is such a painstaking, but incredibly exciting activity. I embroider small paintings, cute plots or flowers. Watching how something beautiful is born from threads step by step - this is a real magic. Embroidery teaches me patience and attention to the details. When I want something more calm and comfortable, I pick up a hook and thread. Knitting soft toys is my special meditation! Each cute little animal or fairy -tale character that is born in my hands is filled with warmth and kindness. From simple threads I create something amazingly cozy and alive. Each soft toy is a piece of my soul woven with love!)

To stay in good shape and feel a surge of energy, I actively play sports. It can be a morning run, yoga or just a warm-up - the main thing is that the body and spirit are harmonious! When I'm on the treadmill, I feel free, strong and fast! Athletics is my passion! I really love an active lifestyle and sport. I run regularly, swim, and sometimes we are going to play football with friends. The movement gives me an incredible charge of energy and helps to maintain myself in great shape ^^

I’ll start, perhaps, with the fact that it allows me to express my soul - this is creativity! I just love to draw. Most often, these are nature, animals or just abstract patterns that come to mind. For me, drawing is a kind of meditation when I completely immerse myself in the process and forget about everything in the world. For me, this is not just a hobby, but a whole world where I can realize any fantasies, feelings and ideas. Whether it is watercolor landscapes, quick sketches or something abstract - every smear brings me incredible pleasure and helps to express myself :)
